We strive to ensure that your order is received as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped via USPS from our distribution centers in Memphis, Tennessee; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Baltimore, Maryland. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details enclosed.

Please allow 2-10 days for standard product delivery
Please allow 3-5 business days for expedited product delivery
APO / FPO
Please allow 10-14 days for product delivery
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Times may vary during holiday periods.
Shipments to AK or HI can take up to 5 weeks for delivery from the distribution center.
Please note that shipping times may be longer than usual during holidays (November and December) and high sales volume times.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your package must be:
- in the same condition that you received it,
- unused (all capsules present),
- with labels, and
- in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must request a return by emailing us at [email protected]. In this email please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue with your item
- Photo or video of any damage
- Specify whether you want a refund or a replacement bottle(s)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a notification email notifying you of your refund or replacement bottle shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questionss at [email protected].
Please note, in the event your items need to be returned to our facility, all shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.
