spermidineLIFE® Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Orders placed over 30 days ago will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, if you purchased spermidineLIFE through Amazon, you will have to process a return/refund through their system.

To be eligible for a return with us, your package must be:

  1. in the same condition that you received it,
  2. unused (all capsules present),
  3. with labels, and
  4. in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products from the Autophagy Essentials line are non-refundable.

International return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and if your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and that we do not have control over this process.

If you purchased on Amazon you will have to issue a refund through your Amazon account. To do so:

3) Find the order you would like to return,
4) Select "Return or Replace"
