CHUNKY MANGO SALSA
There is nothing better than a sweet and spicy salsa during those hot summer afternoons. Our chunky mango salsa recipe lets the spermidine rich food, Mango take the center stage. Enjoy with some chickpea or cauliflower chips for an additional spermidine boost!
What You Need:
- 1 Cup mango (chopped up into 1 cm squares)
- 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup diced cilantro
- ½ cup red onions
- 2 Habaneros
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- One Big Bowl
- Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and toss
- Add additional seasoning to taste
- Put it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve!
