How do I cancel my subscription?

  • To cancel your subscription, please contact us at contact@spermidinelife.com.  You may cancel at any time prior to shipping of your monthly subscription.  If you cancel after shipping, your subscription will be cancelled for the following months. 

How do I place a hold on my subscription?

  • To place a hold on your subscription, please contact us at contact@spermidinelife.com.  You may place a hold at any time prior to shipping of your monthly subscription.  If you place a hold after shipping, your subscription will be held for the following months.  

Do I need to sign up for a subscription plan?

  • No, you do not need to sign up for a subscription plan.  spermidineLIFE is offered as a monthly subscription or for one-time purchases for one or more packages.  

What if I go on vacation or need to freeze my subscription?

  • To place a hold on your subscription, please contact us at contact@spermidinelife.com.  You may place a hold at any time prior to shipping of your monthly subscription.  If you place a hold after shipping, your subscription will be held for the following months.  

Can I select a specific date on which I will be charged each month?

  • Your subscription will be automatically charged on a monthly spermidineLIFE between 25 and 30 days after the day of first purchase.  For any billing issues or requests, please contact us at contact@spermidinelife.com.
