"I tell anyone who will listen how incredible Spermidine is. I have been on this supplement since it came on the market. I began to take it to take away my senescent cells and help my overall health. While my overall health has improved noticeably, other cool things happened. The dark spots on my hands came to the surface and then came off, leaving my hands much younger looking.
